My take would be.... Is India is protecting refugees from Pakistan, Afghanistan, and maybe Bangladesh that are non Muslim. They would see Muslims from Muslim country's not to be at risk like the Christians, Hindus and Sikh would be.

Just been chatting with a chap who was climbing in the Atlas mountains, he said he never had to pay for accommodation or food as local people saw him as an honoured guest, funny way of not getting on with anyone
They get on well with young, white, vulnerable females in certain areas.
