indidit wg1130T stops mid cycle

My washing machine stops mid cycle. I click the dial one notch and it continues.

The water is filling and draining corectly on all the cycles. All the connections are correct, I have checked them too.

However, the water does not heat up during the wash.I can tell my placing my hand on the glasss washer door.

Any ideas on the likely cause and possible solution?

If its not a simple repair that I can do myself then I will buy a new washing machine.

You need to do some basic fault finding on the heater, thermostats and wiring. The timer won't advance until the water reaches the correct temperature.


Unplug your appliance before working on it.
