Induction hob

Just fitted my first induction hob.
AEG 64441fb
Purchased this model because of its 7kw power.
I may have well bought a 13amp plug in model, as the unit has a power management system that restricts the max output to 3600 watts.

If you try to have 2 zones on full power simultaneously, the hob automatically drops the setting on one of them.


Anyone have any experience with this?


No mention of this in the advertising.

I had one where it could be configured for different power supply, can yours be configured?

It seems to limit power on back and front heating zones - is it similar when you try side by side?

There's only one choice for 240v.
The second live input is bridged from the first
