I've a short question, which I can't find an full answer to here, or on the WEB.
If a light industrial development was granted as a Class B1,2,8 - can a small part of the unit be used as a windows display/show room area without additional permissions or is this now a Class A type usgae? And if this is not allowed and a complaint was made against this use, would it be easy to get the Class changed?
Asking as my boundary neighbor has a windows business and uses his warehouse to display and sell his trade/goods.
