I've got a broken inflatable mini bouncy castle.

It's torn about 20mm long right near a seam.

Can anyone recommend a suitable flexible adhesive and patch? The kit that came with the castle is far too small.

My only experience with this kind of thing is with thermoplastic where I am able to weld the seam back together - I think this is likely PVC and not able to do that!

You can actually buy an adhesive specifically to repair vinyl. The one I'm aware of is Scotch Weld 1099 vinyl adhesive, but there must be others out there. The usual precaution of degreasing the area of the repair thoroughly with alcohol will no doubt be required.

Evostik 528 will require the contact area to be lightly scuffed (with an abrasive) before application. This increases the mechanical grip. The only thing I'm not sure of is whether the solvents in 528 will attack the plasticisers in your vinyl. I'd advise a test (on a piece of the patch material?) before going ahead with the repair

It might be worth asking the manufacturer if they supply repair kits or patching material in a matching colour

Thanks for showing me the 1099 - the manufacturer patch kit is a TPU patch with ethyl acetate adhesive so I think the 528 will be worth a shot.

Will try the 1099 adhesive if the above fails, I think it might melt right through!
