Ingol hinges for freezer door

Hi,
Hope some of you kind folk can help me here. I have an old built in freezer unit with a poorly hinge. It's an ingol and has a code etched on which doesn't yield any search results.

Would somebody be able to identify or suggest a replacement please? If i can't find the one, I'd be happy to replace both top and bottom hinge units.
