Inline Heat Exchange Ventilation?

I've got a garage conversion which is used as my office, however it's currently only got a set of french doors and AC. Ideally i'd let to get a cycle of fresh air in here, but don't really want to lose the heat. Its only about 4x2m.

Does anyone know what might be best in terms of ventilation and heat exchange? The wall depth is only about 200-250mm, ceiling space is inaccessible

Not going to get amazing efficiency from a small MVHR but if you're not going to install a big one for the whole house it's reasonably the only option..

Vent axia tempra is another option
