Inline rad valve

Hi. Im looking to change the body of an inline towel rail rad valve, if i close the other valve will this reduce the pressure coming out the side im working on to change the body, or will i have to drain the system ?

No.

Depending on the type of system -

Sealed - you can shut all the rads down and then release the system pressure and empty that rad and that should do it
Vented - you need to bung the feed and the vent and then do the same as above.
