Hi all.
I am getting my roof relaid, using 50% new tiles and 50% of the original covering.
The roof is clay tiles (Rosemary) which appear not to have been relaid since the house was built 100 years ago. There is no exisitng felt.
We are having a breathable sarking felt and vents at the eves (might also use a couple of lapvents).
I will be closely inspecting the work. What sort of things should I look for and how can I tell a good job from a poor one?
