Instaling a Bosch dishwasher

I bought a BOSCH dishwasher. The model number is SPS40C2GB. The FD number is 9411. I have just moved out of box. As per installation instruction, top lid need to be removed. I am following instruction. There is no screw, it should come out by clicking knob. But it is not coming out. If I apply force it may break. Please let me know how to remove top lid.
