I'm a step closer to installing 3 vent tiles on the roof over my garage (conversion). 2 will vent the roof, the 3rd will be connected to extraction fan. What would be the best configuration?

I understand I need to get them as high as poss (the 2 ventingtiles at least) so I'm thinking the second run from the top. Should the Vent tile from the wc/shwr be at the same level or lower? If its lower I'm guessing I won't have problems with condensation run back through the pipe?
Any thought/ideas appreciated.
