I have a concealed thermostatic valve and fixed shower head for my new shower cubicle.
My plumber has installed the thermostatic valve and tells me that the shower arm that came with it doesn't have any threads on the end to connect to the pipe inside the wall.
Should it have come with this? If not, are there any attachments I might buy to 'convert' it? The supplier didn't have a clue and the plumber has told me to send it back but I can't as he's installed the valve.
Any help much appreciated.
