A bit of a sort of geometry puzzle. I bought a Kessebohmer LeMans type, 180 carousel - no, I wasn't daft enough to pay the £428 going rate for one, I bought it second hand new on FB, for £10, but missing the top pivot for the pole, the installation template, and the packaging. The seller said her hubby had attempted to install it, but had to give up due to missing parts. Now I can easily make the missing top pivot, but how to get around the problem of a template, to fix the brackets in the correct places?

It's not actually a LeMans, note the two separate brackets in the photo, for the RH side, with door hinge and corner to the left. It's to go in a double corner unit, 500 + 500. Shelves are approx 780 long, and swing in and out on a clever double pivot/arm system, one on the vertical pole, the other from two arms fixed on the RH side of the carcase. The trick, will be to get things fixed, in just the right places, for it to work, which was where the missing template came in.

Does anyone have one, and could prove some points of reference, for the fixing points please, to save me using trial and error?

The video is a similar one, but not identicle -

All sorted now, and working just fine - as of this morning...

I made up the missing top pivot/bracket, from a short bit of timber, drill to match the pole. I fixed the pole, the 70mm back from the face of the unit, as shown on the diagram. The right hand brackets, I then fixed by simple trial and error. It has not made much difference to the amount of stuff which can be stored, but it makes a massive difference to the accessibility of what is there.
