installing a kitchen sink in a basement

I would like to convert a small room in my basement into a small kitchen, but I have a small problem, how do I get the drainage piping installed without wrecking the concrete floors.

I have a bathroom locate it across the hallway where I could connect the drainig piping. Is there a pump of something that can send waste water upwards, does anyone have any other suggestions?

There is a UK company that manufactures waste pumps and macerators. Have a look at www.saniflo.co.uk it might give you some ideas.
