We have renovated a basement room as a guest bedroom. It is only used occasionally and developed a bit of a 'musty' smell after a while Although it has 'French Window's type doors, I'm thinking it would benefit from a regular air exchange even when not in use.
What are the options for installing a wall-mounted, powered extractor fan to activate ona timed cycle?
I think I'd need an air brick at low level too, to allow fresh air to enter the (negative pressure) room.
