Hello all,
I need to lift a 200kg universal beam into place to drop the ground floor section of a load bearing wall. The wall supports the first floor and is built up to the attic (not supporting roof).

My idea is to use a chain block suspended from 200x200timber packers through a hole in the upper floor. The two joists (either side of the hole) that will bear most of the weight from the beam will be supported by a couple of acrows down to a concrete slab.

The remainder of the floor joists either side of the load bearing wall will be supported by acrows and therefore all the load supported whilst the wall is removed and beam installed.

Floor joists are in good condition.

Do you see any problems with this technique?
I have uploaded a diagram that roughly shows my intention.
