I have a 1900 end-terrace, the front wall is stone over 20" thick with a brick wall under the window.
My wooden sub-floor has inadequate ventilation, the outside pavement is 4 inches higher than the floor inside. Do you think telescopic airbricks can be installed in this kind of wall or will it require removing a huge amount of wall?

It just so happens I have an existing and proposed drawing of a similar installation I did earlier!

Whether you have to remove huge chunks of stone or not depends on the existing construction of the wall so it may well be a hassle but its certainly possible. Not much else you can do really.

The odds are that the face stone will be backed up with rubble, so a large hole will probably be needed.
