Installing bath store shower tray and 100mm frame

Hello

I'm installing a bath store 1100 x 800 shower tray and putting it on top of a frame that is supposed to be 1100 x 800 ( or so I thought)

They do not sit flush and wanted to know if there was suppost to be a slight over hang at front and side so that the side panels could sit underneath the lip of shower tray?

The instructions do not advise and bath store is shut and need it doing tonight??
