A 3 Amp fuse sounds suspiciously small for a domestic oven. 3 Amps would supply about 700 Watts.

What is the rating of the oven (in Watts or Kilowatts). There should be a plate on it somewhere giving information like voltage, power etc. etc.

Sometimes the plate is covered by the door when it is closed.

Ovens come in a variety ratings. Some can just be plugged into a socket, others need a dedicated supply. The cable and/or plug top fuse is selected to match the rating of the oven.

If the rating is over 3KW then it will need it's own dedicated supply.
