Okay looking at the old switch and taking the left hand terminal block as you look at it.
The two red conductors (one of which is a small link) goes in the centre common on the left hand terminal block of the new switch.
The black with the piece of tape on goes into the L1 on the new switch left hand terminal block.
Looking at the old switch for the right hand terminal block as you look at it.
put the red link wire into the common of the right hand terminal block of the new switch.
Put the remaining black into L1 on the new switch and the remaining red into L2.
As long as you get the wires now in C into the terminal marked Com all should work as before.
However the on site guide does warn against two wire cables between the two switches in a two way system. The induction loop formed with this system can affect radios and hearing aids etc.
So with a modern house the red link wire would not exist.
