Installing wall rack

Wanting to attach a wall rack to the wall. It is the type where you screw in screws on wall first, and the rack hangs on them. Making it difficult to know where to screw in the screws, so the notches on the rack align. And to make sure it is straight. Does anyone know the process for doing this? Many thanks

Just measure the gap between the centre of the screw notches and then mark it up on the wall, making sure that it is level. Job done.
