I'm changing an old plant room into an outside shower and toilet block on a farm. The current pitched roof is polycarbonate but sits on some good strusses. I'm going to be stripping down, putting 18mm OSB over, and then installing a rubber roofing system (Roofing friend is doing it but is currently on holiday so can't ask this question...)
I want to insulate the roof as it's going to be vaulted inside with an internal finish of timber cladding. Attached is my planned make up...
Do I need the ventilation under the OSB? and have I got the breather membrane in the right place?
