I'm building what might be best described as a small kennel.
It's for animals that need to be kept warm - minimum 20* at night, so I'm proposing insulating the structure and providing heat via a tubular heater.
I need it to be as light as possible so I can move it around the garden.
I'm thinking of a timber frame, with plywood on the inside, and t&g pine cladding on the outside, with expanded polystyrene sheeting between.
Roof will probably be felted.
Questions:
1) Would celotex/kingspan give better insulation/heat retention?
2) Do I need to think about vapour barriers in a situation like this?
