Hi All
I am planning on insulating my 1st floor bay window using celotex or similar between the joints. I have removed the plaster and lathe, but now I have a question. The void between the joints drops down below the floorboard level, and seems to be a void until just above the ground floor window. I was planning on treating this the same as the area above the floorboards but in some of the voids the floor supports are filling most of the void almost to the external wall. Not easy to explain, I have tried to attached a picture which should make more sense than me....
Would be interested to know if anyone has any ideas of how this area can be insulated, if at all, or any alternative ideas.
Thanks in advance.
