I’ve removed some plasterboard in my bathroom and found that the insulation is only covering half of the external wall. Not sure how long it’s been like this, but I’ll need to fix it now.

I believe the current material is fiberglass insulation, though I’m not entirely sure. I need about 2 sqm to cover the rest of the wall. Does anyone know how much this would cost? I’ve searched for fiberglass insulation, but most options seem to be for lofts, so I’m not sure what the best product is for walls.

I’ve removed some plasterboard in my bathroom from an external wall and discovered there’s not enough insulation, so I need to add more. I already have some loft insulation—can I use this, or do I need insulation specifically designed for cavity walls?

If you mean the empty spaces in your pic then yes stuff some loft insulation in there.
