insulation in lean to roof

Hi all i am finally getting round to doing the porch roof, it is a lean too roof with a ceiling at the front part and the back part and a velux in the middle forming a sort of lightwell. What do i need to do to insulate the roof, can i put rockwool onto the ceiling parts or would some 50mm kingspan inbetween the rafters be better
