Hi.need some advise.we have lot of floor creeking noise comming when someone walks upstairs.we have no insulation of any kind in between floor joists.would it help if i take few floor boards up and put rock wool insulation in there.what type of insulation would you recommend.second floor was converted few years ago into bed rooms.i have noticed builder has not used any kid of insulation under floir boards.i also susspect he have not used enough nogings in between joists.when new floor is created how aften nogings are used in between floor joists.
