Hi,
Recently on the advice from this forum i insulated under the floorboards in the sitting room which made a big difference to heatloss and drafts. This was done by stapling netting supporting eco wool. There are still cold drafts in the downstairs hall and staircase. The hall will be straight forward as its the same as the sitting room, however I think a lot of heatloss/drafts are coming from the stairs. There is plenty of room under them for me to get to, however what would be the best way to insulate them? Would using ecowool and netting be ok for this too? I havnt been under for a while and cant remember if there is annything to staple too.
Any advice?
Cheers
Pippo
