That's not a flat roof.
As for standing on it, I can walk on my tiled roof on our bungalow and I've walked on many tiled roofs.
A flat roof has a slope so water runs off but the description don't mean it's flat.
It's nearly flat.
Felt or fiberglass or even rubber.
You have a pitched tiled roof so stick that on form.

Thank you so much for your help , really appreciate it.
Will update the insurance Monday.

Not that you asked but I just renewed my house insurance.
Went online and knocked 45% off the renewal quote. They been pushing up policy and arguing over cover for the last two years so I decided to move on this year.
I did however go for the cheapest offer.
I just wanted cover for fire and damage like burst pipe and the other likely stuff.
I'm paying less now than I did 15 years ago at £125.

Paid £280 including home emergency/ legal /building and contents and £100 on excess

For the purposes of insurance that's a pitched roof, a flat roof is widely recognised as having a pitch of 10deg or less, that's also the BS definition.
