Insurance Rebuild Cost

I need to give an estimate of rebuilding cost for my insurance buildings cover. Other posts on this forum refer to approx £1000 - £1200 per m2 for adding an extension. Would this be an appropriate figure to use for rebuilds also? House is 2 storey in the South East.

Remember that re-building costs are greater than building costs
