integrated fridge freezer issue

Hello All

My integrated fridge freezer is freezing liquids in the fridge compartment at times but struggles to freeze products in the feeezer section ice cream is soft etc. The control panel lights at the top flash repeatedly on ocassion so maybe its something to do with that . Any help is appreciated thank you

Door failing to close correctly caused by poor door fit can cause issues.
