Integrated Oven/Grill NEXT TO Intergrated Fridge/Freezer ?

Hello,

I am looking at having a new kitchen fitted and was thinking of having the above built next to each other, can you see a problem with the oven (HOT) being next to the fridge (COLD) ??

i know they are insulated and will not be directly touching but i just wondered ?
