Guys,

Im moving into a new house soon which has an old gas boiler/hot water tank system.

Currently there is an electric shower installed which will be getting ripped out but i would like to install something flush to the wall so it looks nice.

I have no idea if this is possible as i will eventually be installing a combi boiler.

Is there any checks i need to do or can i just install a thermostatic shower valve with one into the hot water (off combi) and the other from the mains cold water?

Cheers

In principle, that's it, but check your mains pressure/flow first.
Do some reading here - there are lots of secondary issues with combis and showers!
