I am replacing an integrated washing machine with an integrated washer dryer. Unfortunately one of the blind holes for the hinges on the kitchen cabinet door no longer aligns. It is approximately 5/10mm out. Welcome any advice on drilling the new blind hole and fixing the hinge, recognising it significantly overlaps the existing hole. I don't own a router so will be reliant on a drill.

Also I don't have the paper template for locating the door hinges for the new (second hand) machine so will be reliant on measuring and marking up - any tips for getting this right.

Cigarette filter and super glue will fill hole.
Baking soda and super glue is also good to fill.
