Integrating a Scale Inhibitor

Hi

I am looking to introduce a Electrolytic Scale Inhibitor to reduce the amount of limescale that is affecting my dishwasher and trying to assess the best way to do this.

Can I integrate this off the 3/4 (?) male which the dishwasher inlet uses. I have a limited amount of space, is there a way to use a flexible hose.
