Intercome Buzzer Issue

Hi folks,

Got a bit of an issue and advice would be appreciated!

I've got an intercom system, and the tenant has said that when you press the buzzer from outside there is no response inside the property.

I have attached the inside of the telephone buzzer system and would greatly appreciate some help and what could be potentially wrong?
