Interior door not holding closed

Hello

One of my interior doors keeps springing open. It is engaging in the strike but only by 1.5mm. The tip of the latch has rounded off so I'm guessing it's not sufficiently engaged. Unfortunately the door frame looks to be concave at the latch (previous bodge maybe?)

Can you get a "long throw" latch which sticks out a bit further? Any other suggestions to avoid having to pack the hinges and then plane the door? The strike, hinges and latch plate are all flush to the appropriate wood surface.

Pack hinges , no need to plane as door is already too small .

I would need to plane. The door appears to have been cut straight, whereas the jamb with the lock strike is concave. Packing the hinges would make the top and bottom corners of the door foul the jamb.

Not the end of the world, I would rather just avoid the hassle of planing and repainting.

In end I packed out the strike plate by 1mm and that seems to be enough to hold it.
