Interior Victorian window mechanism pulley

Hi all
I'm slowly in the process of redoing everything in a very late Victorian early Edwardian house.
In the next project room is a window above the door and half a metal mechanism. I have searched everywhere details of what the full device looked like and what it's even called but have drawn a blank. I would like to restore it to have it operating as an opening window again.
Can anyone help?

The rope is sash cord from a joiner or sheet rope from a ship's chandler.

In fact I think you have most or all of it already there and it just needs fitting properly.

That's spot on thank you so much! I knew someone would know. No matter how or what I searched I couldn't find it. I'm going to be faithful and restore it and maybe replace it with a bit of stain glass.
