Garage is single skin in bricks
I have painted all of my inner walls above the DPC with Sandtex Trade Masonry Paint and it all look good ( Pics shows first coat but its taken 3 coats for the final good finish)
I have left the 2 courses to do below the DPC - I did not want to do this in the same colour as the walls (white). I also worry about using masonry paint below the damp proof course as i wonder how durable it will be.
What is the best product to use for this area - can a rubberized paint be used like a bitumen paint?
