We live in a cottage that was converted from a cattle shed in the 1970s. In the main bedroom one of the outside walls feels much colder than the other, when we had a chest of drawers up against it we discovered huge patches of mould behind them within a month or so & anything that touches the wall feels cold/damp.
The wall has no windows etc. & we could easily insulate it. Is this likely to help & would it be a problem if we didn't insulate the other external wall? This has windows, radiators & pipework so would be much harder to insulate.
