Internal manhole, changing from standard to recessed?

Hi, the previous owners of our house converted the old garage into an annexe. Under what is now the bathroom door there is a Clark-drain manhole cover, which one is pretty ugly and two scrapes on the bottom of the door when you open it. I would like to replace it with a recessed cover which I can tile over the top of, however all of the ones I have found online so far have different fixings. (Photos attached of current frame and fixings)

The problem I face is that the frame is already fixed in place and tiled from all sides. Is it possible to remove the frame without disturbing any of the tiles around it?

Does anyone know whether Clark-drains offer a recessed cover that will fit the existing frame? My next thought is to get creative with sheet metal…

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Mark
