Hello,
I have read as number of the posts on here concerning rendering over concrete lintels and followed some of Roughcaster's advice about 'stippling' a cement/pva slurry. This worked really well to hold my stop beads up (around a fire place opening) but I'd like to know what to do next....something I should have thought about first I know Can I pva the dried slurry and add a coat of render tomorrow? I need up to 15mm in places and in total have no more than about 0.5m2 of wall to patch up. Finally, how long before I can skim over this coat of render?
Thanks
