china has pi** poor missiles al mostly short range and a few medium they are no threat to the usa at all

if it came to it the yanks would and will sometime in the future send an ethnic virus to them

Load of old cobblers, if Iran becomes a Nuclear threat, then China will likely support action to remove that threat as they are closer to Iran than us. They NEED the West, they do not need Iran.

Personally I think the whole situation has been badley managed both in the West and in Iran. Both sides have used rhetoric instead of resoned argument and instead of moving cloder together for a compromise solution all are happy with, they are moving further and further apart.

However, should armed conflict occur, then Iran will be in VERY serious trouble as Syria has already stated it would support military action against Iran to remove the threat of Nuclear weapons if so required, Gaddafi in Libya said the same, so has Sudan, Saudi, Oman, Pakistan (Hypocritical) and numerous other MUSLIM nations.

If the West puts it's collective brain in gear they can effectivley force Iran to comply, but they are doing a **** poor job at the moment (as usual) and i cannot see a peaceful solution at this time unfortunately.

I suspect our troops being sent to Afghanistan has got something to do with Iran.... Israel starts with backing from America (i.e. weapons have been supplied), and we have 'extra' troops next door ready to help. I guess you could say that the US and UK are instigating war by the back door, as they know they would never get the backing required, assuming this idea is correct! - Not looking good really whatever happens.
BTW I believe China will not wage a conventional war against the US. They have lots of dollars, and if they flooded the market with all those dollars it would mean dollar would become worthless, not sure how, or if this would work though!?

The Americans have had ships in the Indian Ocean at the permission of the Indian government for ages now. Why have the Americans been given permission? Arms deals between India and US. Why does the US want ships along the trade routes in the Indian Ocean? So they can keep an eye on what is going into and out if China.
