Hi,

My guy has quoted me £100 to install an Extractor fan in my bathroom wall.
The cabling to get the live from the ceiling light is 3 meteres away from where the fan is to be installed.

Pease advise if he is asking for too much, I live in Luton.

Thanks

I'd charge you most of that and you would only have the hole drilled by then. What's too much? Do you want it done or not?

If it involves making the vent through the wall then it's cheap. I don't care where you live, it's chargeable at a half-day and at a £ton that sounds more than reasonable. Sparks have to make a living, you know!

Way too much don't even think about paying more than a tenner.
