Is cushioned vinyl floor good for a lounge?

I have an old stone cottage, the lounge floor appears to be concrete.
I want to get rid of the carpet but am not keen on laminate floors as I have seen so many that have gaps in them.
I don't want to spend a lot but want it to look good.
I wondered about cushioned vinyl flooring which would also be easier to fit than laminate, warmer on the feet and more water resistant to villages.
Do you guys think that would look ok?

Thanks

Absolutely no reason why it can't/shouldn't be used in lounges. Lots of suppliers offering numerous different designs.

Need to get a hard wearing one with a decent wear layer. Would be best to glue it down all over

Hi Gary, I have LVT in my lounge area and much prefer it to laminate, I chose a click system installation and managed to fit it myself so easily. Hope this helps
