Being a pessimist by nature, I'm assuming I already know the answer to my question, but... here in NI we mostly have oil boilers. However, they've just piped gas into our estate, and I'm thinking about lashing out for the conversion.
The government will pay for getting the gas into the property - which is a good thing, if the JCB etc doing next door is anything to go by. Looks like a hell of a costly job.
When I moved into the house 7 years ago, I got a new oil boiler put in, and it's been serviced every year.
So... is it the sort of thing one could sell? Would anybody buy it do you think? Seems a shame to scrap a boiler in good nick...
Thanks
