Hi,
Unfortunately I am a bit of a technophobe and my husband has now signed us up have cctv fitted around our house, as usual he went on ahead and didn’t ask my advice (even though I probably wouldn’t have been able to give any!)

So in 7 weeks this is all going ahead and I was just wondering if anyone has used this company? Good? Bad? General advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

why did he not approach an approved installer?

this guy is approved, (i believe) but i prefer recommendations from people who have actually used them to judge.

not according to his website but to be fair I can`t see what answer your hoping for?

no one here is going to say he`s good or bad.

maybe if you posted the full SDP and asked for comments you may get a better idea.

and whats with the 7 weeks lead time?

you do know you only have 7 days to cancel under the new rules don`t you? ....................... anyway SDP means system design proposal

whats the minlux figure he`s given?

and conversely if seven days have already elapsed since your hubby signed then the contract is binding and its too late to find out about the company.
