I've just had my windows and guttering replaced. Is there an improvement on this contraption? It all runs into the one drain so can't I just have two branch pipes into the main downpipe?

Are there regulations over this? The installer is FENSA registered and says it has to be like that but I'd like something much simpler. Thanks

As long as the roofs are not too big, so as to overload a 68mm downpipe, then you can connect them all.

There are no regulations to stop this.

I'm not aware that FENSA has branched out into plumbing?

Perhps your intstaller should stick to windows instead?

I don't think you'll find anything much simpler than your installer.

Does this look like overload? The downpipe takes the guttering above the window and along the side of the extension on the first floor, plus across the rear of the ground floor.
