Is this cracked bit at the edge of my roof a problem? I know nothing about the name of it, if it's a problem, and if it needs to be attended to!

We have a leaky gutter in the same place, so thinking of two birds with one stone

Any help much appreciated!

A chunk of fascia has split away and fallen off. Not structurally important, but could be a nuisance with insect ingress. It can be repaired.
