Is this a wireless control panel?

Hi,

We have moved into a new house where we have an alarm system but we are taking down a stud wall where the control panel is on one side and on the adjacent side is two red buttons.

We have been quoted £200 to move it but when I looked again today it appears to be wireless.

If so can it not just be unscrewed and moved?

Thanks

No it’s a castle remote keypad and a panic button ….both wired back to a metal box somewhere about A4 size…. hope you have the code for it …

Thanks. Yes we have a code. I saw that the company moving it mentioned in their T&C's that some control panels are locked and they can't move it

I'm not sure what that means, could this be locked?

That’s correct as some panels MAY be locked and they have no control over this …don’t think castle panels can be locked , well not the newer ones …..in all fairness that’s an old panel I would be looking at replacing it …

Thank you. I would like to replace but we are on a tight budget and there are other urgent things that need sorting. I will definitely check it out to see how much it would cost.

Originally we were going to just get rid of it but that seems a waste as there are sensors and panic alarms across the house. So I imagine that wasn't cheap.
